The
Faculty of Management at the University of Lethbridge is pleased to offer five
scholarships worth $4,000 CAD each, for students from India entering the
Bachelor of Management degree.
These scholarships serve to recognize the achievements of Indian students who pursue their management education at the University of Lethbridge. The scholarships will be granted based on academic proficiency. You are eligible to apply for this scholarship if you are a student from India entering year one of the Bachelor of Management degree program.
The Total Offerd Amount: $4000 = $1,000 in first year, plus three payments of $1,000 in successive years
The Procedure:
- $1,000 scholarship upon admission, based on admission average
- $1,000 in the student’s second year of studies, contingent on maintaining a minimum 3.00 grade point average (on the U of L’s 4-point scale, equivalent to a B average) in the first year of studies
- $1,000 in the student’s third year of studies, contingent on maintaining a minimum 3.00 grade point average (on the U of L’s 4-point scale, equivalent to a B average) in the second year of studies
- $1,000 in the student’s fourth year of studies, contingent on maintaining a minimum 3.00 grade point average (on the U of L’s 4-point scale, equivalent to a B average) in the third year of studies

- For renewal of the award in subsequent years, the recipient must have a minimum 3.00 grade point average and have completed a minimum of 24.0 credit hours at the UofL during the previous Fall and Spring semesters.
- Each part of the scholarship is paid upon confirmation of full-time enrolment in Management at the University of Lethbridge in the Fall and Spring semesters immediately following the granting of the award.
- This scholarship was created to support visa students from India in their Management studies at the U of L and to celebrate excellence in academic performance.
The deadline to apply is for May 1 for Fall semesters and November 1 for Spring semesters.
